DELIVERY INFORMATION
 

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.


Deliveries are Monday to Friday all day calls and normally occur between 8.00am & 6.00pm.

Unfortunately we cannot stipulate time calls.

Saturday deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge - please email for a quote.

We only deliver furniture to mainland UK.

Delivery prices are quoted for Zone 1. (shaded green area)

If you live outside of Zone 1 - please email for a delivery quote.

For delivery to the Isle of Wight there is a £10 surcharge. 

Selected items are available for collection from our Wolverhampton stock center - WV2 2QD. please email for details should you wish to collect in person.

In the event of an item being lost in transit a new item can be dispatched to you once confirmed lost. Please be aware that we do have tracking details for certain products sent out but we do not individually monitor each delivery. This information can be provided on request.
